Amazing project!

You Have to check out this Stampin up project by Colleen Laux. She used the Stampin up Sizzix Banner die, along with the Serif Essential Alphabet.

I love my big shot and sizzix dies. See the project here!

What you missed this week

If you didn't attend my Glitter class then you missed out on making 3 beautiful cards using Stampin up Glitters.

Here are two of them.

I love the Stampin up Butterflies Die. I used two of the images for this card. The smaller butterfly was cut out using sticky paper and covering it with dazzling Diamonds. The decorative paper is the retiring sweet always.

Here is a close up. I used one of the In color buttons in the center with taffetta ribbon.

Here is another card we did. This one used the sticky cuts shapes. I then covered it with the supernova glitter. The color I used was orange. I finished it off with a build a brad. I used the retiring tango tangerine and kiwi kiss on this card.

Enjoy your Sunday!

Final Jazzy Inspirations card and a question

Hi All,

First of all I wanted to share my last card for the Jazzy Inspirations Challenges. My time on the Design team has come to an end. It was so fun being a part of the team, and doing tghe challenges. They really took me out of my color "comfort zone".

In fact I really like how this final card came out. It uses the retiring Wild about you stamp set, and the new Modern label punch from Stampin up.

Are you up for the Design team challenge?
If so Jazzy Inspirations is having a Design Team Call. For more info go to: http://www.jazzyinspirations.blogspot.com/
This week I received a question about using texturz plates in the Cuttlebug. I had done a video at You Tube on using Sizzix dies and texturz plates in the Cuttlebug. You can find me on You Tube as "paynete".
There is also a thread on the sandwich on splitcoaststampers.
Enjoy

Happy Father's Day!

Hi All,

I wanted to share with you the cards I came up with for my Dad and Father-in-law. Both are Money Holders. I find it so difficult to shop for them, so I just give them cash. For both cards I used the Totally Tool set with the retiring Parisian Breeze Textured Designer paper. I used the stripped side to make the card masculine. I will miss this paper so much. It is so beautiful, especially sanded.

For this card I used the new Modern Label punch with the Teeny Tiny wishes set. This set has sentiments for all occasions. And is a must have!

Enjoy your Father's Day!

New Stamps!

Hi all,

Stampin up Demos are buzzing, because we had an oppurtunity to pre-order certain 2009- 2010 stamp sets. One of my purchases was the Hostess Level 2 sets, Christmas Punch. I love that these images work with all of the Stampin up punches. I will be using this stamp set for several of my Stampin Up Convention Swaps. But today I wanted to use it for a card.

I love combining Certainly Celery, Old Olive and Real Red for Christmas Cards! I think this Postage Stamp image of Stanta is adorable! I also used another pre-ordered new set called Teeny Tiny Wishes for the sentiment. In my order I also go the new 2009-2010 catalog. I can not wait to share the new catalog with you all! It is amazing. Catalogs are $10.00 each. Contact me today to pre-order yours!

Decor project

Hi All,
It has been a crazy week, so I don't have anything new to share, but I made this project a month ago. I had seen another verison of this project at our Demo's meeting. Our upline had made two beautiful ones, and I wanted to try my hand at one for awhile now.
I picked up the colors in my kitchen, Bashful blue, Brilliant Blue and Certainly Celery, and made 2 inch squares.I used a lot of different stamp sets rub ons and punches on this project and some of the Sale-a-bration designer paper. Here are some close ups.

The N is for Neal!

Thanks for looking.
